ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for a Statements of Qualifications from testing firms, for the Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspections during construction of a building addition and the renovation of the Fine Arts Building on the Hillsboro Campus. The construction timeline is anticipated to be approximately 12-14 months. Qualifications will be received by The Community College District of Jefferson County until 2:00 P.M., Monday, July 15, 2024. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked RFQ #250001 for Fine Arts Addition and Renovation Materials Testing and Special Inspections. The sealed envelopes are to be delivered to: Michael Glisson, Director of Purchasing and Auxiliary Services, Jefferson College, Administration Building, 1000 Viking Drive, Hillsboro, MO 63050. This project is located in Hillsboro, Missouri. The project involves interior and exterior renovation components, and includes sidewalks, retaining walls, staircase, and elevator installation components. Construction includes, but is not limited to, cast in place concrete and steel connections. The Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspection Firm shall provide qualified inspector(s) to perform on-site construction inspection (full-time as required) and materials testing. Special Inspection and Testing services shall be provided in accordance with the plans and specifications for the project. Bidders are invited to obtain RFQ#: 250001 documents starting on Thursday, June 20th, 2024, from Michael Glisson at the Jefferson College Hillsboro Campus in The Administration Building. ANNOUNCEMENT by Jefferson County Community ANNOUNCEMENT by Jefferson County Community Mental Health Fund Board Announcement: JCCMHFB has made approximately $6,300,000 available in the form of a grant from the Adult Mental Health Fund (MHF) to be utilized for services during CY2025 and CY2026. As of July 1, 2024, JCCMHFB is soliciting requests for proposals (RFP) from qualified agencies who serve adults (MHF) in Jefferson County, MO in the field of mental health and substance use treatment.
